A 21-year-old Spring Hill man was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence after driving his car the wrong way on Interstate 75 in Sarasota and striking a semi-truck early Sunday. The Florida Highway Patrol said Angel Eduardo Martinez was arrested after the crash near mile marker 208 north of Bee Ridge Road about 5 a.m. Sunday. Martinez was driving south in the northbound inside travel lane of I-75 when he struck the right rear side of a tanker trailer, which was heading north on in the center northbound lane.
